Services:
*Private chef:- A private chef can be provided if booked at least 2 weeks before check in.
*House keeping– Extra cleaning can be provided at your request at US$15:00 an hour. Minimum of 3 hours.
Cancellations Policies
- if cancelled within 48 hours of booking then a refund of 90% of the initial deposit will be given. Please move check in at 5:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM
For direct booking
A deposit of 30% is required by bank wire transfer and the balance within 45 days of check in.
Damage and incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
